The site veyra.business and the app VEYRA (hereinafter the “Service”) are published under the responsibility of Owen Saint-Val, publication director.

VEYRA is a project in launch phase. The legal entity supporting the Service is in the process of being established: no SIRET number, no RCS registration and no intracommunity VAT number have been assigned to date. 2. Hosting
The Service is hosted by Emergent, an application hosting cloud platform. Data is stored in secure data centers; the exact location of the servers depends on the chosen deployment infrastructure and is specified in the Privacy policy.

4. Intellectual property
The VEYRA brand, interface, text, visuals, and code of the Service are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or use, in whole or in part, is prohibited. Content created by users using the Service belongs to them, under the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions.
5. Personal data
The personal data processing carried out by the Service is described in the Privacy policy. No data protection officer has been appointed; any request concerning your data may be sent to contact@veyra.business.
6. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L.611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge in order to settle a dispute amicably. The mediator competent for the Service will be designated in accordance with the applicable obligations and their contact details published on this page. In the meantime, any complaint may be sent to contact@veyra.business ; we undertake to respond within one month.
