1. Purpose and acceptance
These General Terms of Use and Sale (« CGU ») govern access to and use of the platform VEYRA (the “Service”), accessible at the address veyra.business, published under the responsibility of Owen Saint-Val (the “Publisher”). The Publisher's identification details appear in the Legal notice.
Creating an account constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use and of the Privacy policy. The Service is intended for adults and professionals.
2. Service Description
VEYRA lets you define a brand profile, then generate marketing strategies, content (posts, scripts, carousels, newsletters), ideas, visuals and campaign plans using artificial intelligence models (currently OpenAI GPT-5.6 Terra for text and Google Gemini for images, operated via the Emergent infrastructure). The Service also offers a conversational assistant, a Content Score, an editorial calendar, a media library and analytics tools.
Generated content is suggestions : the user remains solely responsible for checking them, their accuracy, compliance and publication. Social network connections and automatic publishing are being rolled out gradually; as long as an integration is marked as “coming soon,” publishing is done manually from the pack provided by VEYRA.
3. Account, free trial and anti-abuse
- Sign-up is done with email and password (with address verification) or via Google Sign-In. The user guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and the confidentiality of their credentials.
- Every new user gets 12 trial credits, granted only once per person, non-renewable and non-transferable.
- Creating multiple accounts to accumulate trial credits is prohibited. The Publisher may refuse the trial (temporary addresses, multiple accounts), require verification, suspend, or delete the accounts concerned.
- The user is notified by email of any login from an unknown device and can sign out of all sessions in one click.
4. Plans, credits and pricing
- AI features consume credits according to a single pricing grid shown in the app (for example: short content 1 credit, long content 2, strategy or visual 3). The grid may change with 30 days’ notice.
- Plans Starter, Pro and Business entitle you to a monthly credit allowance (200, 1,000 and 5,000 respectively), renewed on each subscription anniversary date. Unused plan credits are not carried over, except for the Business plan (carryover limited to one month).
- The AI assistant also has a daily message quota specific to each plan, shown in the app.
- From additional credit packs, with no expiration date, can be purchased by paid subscribers.
- All prices are shown in euros all taxes included (VAT). The subscription is available monthly or yearly (two months free).
5. Payment, renewal and termination
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Publisher never has access to bank card data and stores none.
- The subscription is no commitment and renews automatically at each term end (monthly or yearly). A reminder email is sent three days before each renewal.
- The user may cancel at any time from the Subscription page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no prorated refund, unless otherwise required by law.
- In case of payment failure, the user is notified by email; Stripe makes new attempts. If not corrected, the account returns to the free plan at the end of the paid period.
- Right of withdrawal : the consumer has 14 days to withdraw. By subscribing, they expressly request immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that using credits before the end of this period makes a refund impossible for the portion consumed.
- An invoice is available for each payment from the Subscription page.
6. Prohibited uses
It is forbidden to use the Service to create or distribute: misinformation or misleading claims (including medical or financial), scams, spam, fake reviews or testimonials, hateful, defamatory, illegal content, or content infringing third-party rights (trademarks, copyright, right of image, personal data). An automated moderation system may block certain requests; the Publisher may suspend any account in breach, without refund of remaining credits in the event of serious misconduct.
7. Intellectual property and content
The user retains ownership of their profile data, the media they upload, and the content they generate. They grant the Publisher a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (including improving the Content Score in aggregated and anonymized form). The platform, its brand, and its code remain the exclusive property of the Publisher. The user warrants that they have the necessary rights to the media they import.
8. Third-party social networks
Connecting third-party accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn…) is subject to the terms of those platforms. The user is responsible for complying with their rules and may revoke access at any time from Settings. The Publisher does not guarantee the availability or behavior of these third-party services.
9. Availability and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. The Publisher strives to ensure continuous availability without guaranteeing it (maintenance, updates, dependence on AI, payment and hosting providers). To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher’s liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the user over the past twelve months and excludes any indirect damage (loss of revenue, audience, or data published on third-party platforms). These limitations do not apply to consumers where prohibited by law.
10. Account deletion
The user may delete their account at any time from Settings (Privacy section) or by writing to contact@veyra.business. Their data is then deleted or anonymized within the timeframe indicated by the Privacy Policy; confirmation is sent by email.
11. Changes to the Terms of Use
The Publisher may amend these Terms of Use. Any substantial change is notified in the app or by email at least 15 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first: write to us at contact@veyra.business. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge under the conditions set out in the Legal notice, or to the European online dispute resolution platform. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
